Camping Reservations      - open June 21-24, 2007

Reservations for Cabins are handled differently than campsites.

To make a mail in reservation for overnight camping:

Simply figure out about what half your stay will cost.  Then mail a check made out to Round Valley Lake Resort to:

Please include the following 14 items of information:

1. Name
2. Mailing address (including zip)
3. Daytime phone
4. Nighttime phone
5. Best time to call if needed
6. Requested Arrival Date
7. Departure Date
8. Expected late arrival?
9. Number of vehicles & vehicle types
10. Camping in?  (tent, camper, RV etc.)
11. Length of RV if applicable
12. Number of adults & number of children
13. Pets/Horses?
14. Include any special requests, i.e. near or away from the water, near the bathrooms, remote site, group site etc.  

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, unfortunately some sites may already be in use.  We will send a confirming postcard verifying your reservation.  If there is not enough time for a postcard, we will give you a call.

Notes:
Major Holidays require a three night minimum stay.  Refunds: No refund (including late arrivals or early departures) without 14 day notice.  We do deposit reservation checks immediately.  Refunds with proper notice will be sent within 2-3 days.
