Reservations for Cabins are handled differently than campsite. For campsite reservations click here.

While campsites are only available for a limited schedule in 2006, the cabin is available from May 15th through late fall, weather permitting. The cabin is well insulated so cold weather can still be fun.

Special Note: Cabin Renters may be accompanied by one camping unit (motor home, tent, trailer etc.) next to the cabin. Your guests will not be required to stay minimum days, but advance notice of guests is required. Your guests will be charged normal camp site rates.

Because we don't have secure phone access at Round Valley, we can not accept credit cards. All payments must be made by check, money order or cash.

Here is how it works:
1: Check below for availability. If the "Last updated" date is a few weeks old, feel free to email us for an update.
2: When we e-mail back that the date is open, send us the appropriate funds.
The first funds to arrive will be guaranteed the dates. Note: dates remain open until funds are received. If you do not get the reservation, your funds will be returned un-cashed.
3: We will then notify you by e-mail and/or postcard that your reservation is confirmed.

4: Be sure to send with your reservation the number of adults, children and any guests.

To determine how much to send, go to the "Cabin Rates" page. All cabin reservations are paid in full to make your reservation.

Cancellation Fees:
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - no refund
7-14 days prior to arrival - 1/2 reservation.
more than 14 days prior to arrival - $15

NO REFUNDS for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-in times 3-5 P.M.

Cabin Availability: Closed You may need to click "refresh" to update this page. We only make updates when dates are added, so if the update is a few weeks old, that just means no changes have occurred.

The following dates are booked and pre-paid. All other dates are available*. The first day is the check-in day, so this could be your check-out day. The last day is the checkout day, so this could be a check-in day. *This is strictly first come - first serve, so there could be a reservation waiting in our mail box.

NOTE: Because of our remote location we do not have phone service. Our cell phone has voice mail. However we only check messages and return calls in the evenings. This is why we can't offer phone in credit card reservations.
